A sitting — at home, outdoors, or somewhere that matters to you. Shot entirely on analogue film with the full attention of someone trained to find the frame inside the ordinary moment.

The light through your kitchen window at 9am. The way your children move when they forget you're watching. The quiet between people who know each other completely.

Questions

  • Family sessions can take place throughout the year. Many families prefer late afternoon light outdoors, while others choose the comfort of their home where daily life naturally unfolds.

  • Sessions take place across San Francisco and the Bay Area — in homes, quiet outdoor landscapes, parks, or locations that feel meaningful to your family.

  • Clothing that feels natural and comfortable photographs best. Neutral tones, soft textures, and simple layers work beautifully on film and allow the focus to remain on connection and light.

  • The sessions are gently guided but never rigid. Children are free to move and explore while I observe and photograph the small moments that naturally unfold.

  • Most sessions last 60–90 minutes, allowing enough time for everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.

  • Yes. All sessions are photographed on analogue film using vintage cameras, which creates soft tones, natural color, and a timeless quality that digital photography often cannot reproduce.
